I'm currently writing the second volume of my book,📖 "A Half-Life with Schizophrenia: The Road to Regeneration." In the previous book, I wrote almost everything about my journey, but I'm now writing about the content of my auditory🤔 hallucinations, my future, and various things that have happened in the past few months. ✒️ It's going to take a long time, so the publication will probably be delayed.
Time really flies by. How are you all doing? Everything is getting more expensive due to rising prices. Rice is in short supply and is hard to find in stores.🍚 Luckily, I was able to get a 5kg bag, so I'll be fine for a while.
My medication has helped to suppress the shock 💥I experience when falling asleep, but I've been having trouble sleeping due to severe akathisia.🥲
