Good afternoon,🙋♂️ everyone! It's massangoto here.🧑💻
I started the day feeling pretty good, but as the afternoon wore on, I started to feel pretty sluggish. I finally mustered up the energy to do some laundry, clean the house, and even scrub the bathtub. Nothing's perfect, but at least I got those tasks done. 🧹✨
I completely forgot about writing a blog post until just now. I'm lying here on a zabuton (a traditional Japanese floor cushion) and typing away on my phone.
I've been limiting my outings to trips to the supermarket and Lawson's for groceries. And for good reason: I take my evening medication and Rivotril at 4 PM, and then I'm usually out for the count. So, a lot of my day is spent sleeping.
On a positive note, I managed to write two new songs: "Winter bell" six days ago and "Ninja's Castle" a couple of days ago. So, it wasn't a total waste of time.
I was supposed to see my psychiatrist on Thursday and my neurologist on Friday, but I decided to postpone my neurologist appointment until Monday since I still have three Rivotril pills left. Even though the hospital is nearby, I haven't been feeling well, so I think I'll wait until Monday.
Anyway, it's getting colder and cloudier outside, but I prefer this to rain. And since I received my Gohonzon (a central object of worship in Nichiren Buddhism), I've been making a conscious effort to pray every morning and evening. Even when small wishes come true, I make sure to express my gratitude by chanting daimoku. So, even though I've been missing a lot of meetings due to health issues, my faith remains strong.
Well, it's Saturday. I hope everyone is enjoying their weekend.
massangoto, signing off! 🙋♂️✨️
