My X followers, which I’ve started tracking again weekly, have reached 4,703! Thank you very much to all my followers! I’m so happy! m(_ _)m
I used to overspend when shopping with a credit card, so I switched to withdrawing cash and becoming a cash-only person! I bought a second-hand wallet (the clasp is a bit loose, though), and I’ve decided to manage my finances strictly with cash!
One of my money-saving tips is natto with green onions, but I bought a package of Natto Kimchi because it sounded delicious, especially with a Japanese-style arrangement of kimchi called Koku-uma.
I’ve been recording how many times I experience the episodes of REM sleep behavior disorder (RBD) in my smartphone calendar app, and I’m making sure to go to bed early to avoid sleep deprivation.
The dreams I have when I sleep are truly entertaining; they are so strange that I often think it would be amazing if I could record them!
And then there's this... when I go to the supermarket at 9 AM, there's always one person heading to the store at the same time, and I hate crossing paths with them. So, I switched to 10 AM, but then I encountered a different person. Even when I changed the time again, the probability of running into the second person was so high that it was driving me crazy. The auditory hallucination gives me the image of aliens manipulating things to make us run into each other for fun. When I went to the train platform because a friend asked me to pick up their medical records, that person got on the same train later. I’ve run into them in places completely unrelated to the supermarket, too. I know they dislike it too; they sometimes dash away when we’re waiting at a traffic light, so they probably think I’m a stalker or something. When I was paying my rent, I ran into them at an intersection on a different route from the supermarket, and all I could think was, “What is going on?” So! I finally devised a method to never cross paths with them. It’s the simple time shift of heading to the supermarket at 12 PM (noon). Hopefully, peace will finally be restored with this!
So, taking my physical condition into consideration, coming to terms with the auditory hallucinations, I am committed to taking my medication and going to my appointments! I won't skip these, and I’ll make sure to get proper sleep. Oh, and regarding my medication, I’m unsure whether to take my PRN (as-needed) medicine for lunch, but I'm thinking of asking my doctor for a regular daytime dose at my next appointment. I’ve been feeling unwell with symptoms like thought broadcasting or the precursors of a panic attack, so I think it would be best.
